By submitting this form and booking a vendor booth at Crone’s Hollow, you agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must offer handmade, original, or ethically sourced goods that align with Crone’s Hollow’s metaphysical, magical, or spiritual focus.
• We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not fit the ethos of our community space.

2. Booth Options & Fees

• Weekend Booth (Sat–Sun): $25 flat fee
• Extended Booth (Thurs–Sun): $20 flat fee
  (Yes, the longer option is cheaper — we like early birds!)
• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon confirmation via staff follow-up.

3. Vendor Presence

• Vendors must be physically present to sell. This is a co-op space — we do not sell items on consignment.
• Booth setup begins no earlier than 10:45 AM on your first scheduled day. You must be ready to sell by store open.
• Tear-down must be completed by 6:30 PM Sunday, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Sales & Commission

• Vendors retain 80–85% of their sales:
  • 85% if vending Thursday–Sunday
  • 80% if vending Saturday–Sunday
• Crone’s Hollow collects a flat 15–20% co-op fee, which supports booth infrastructure, marketing, and staff support.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your booking for rescheduling.
• No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit their spot and fee.
• If Crone’s Hollow cancels your weekend due to store events or emergencies, your day will be rescheduled at your option.

6. Code of Conduct

• Vendors are expected to behave respectfully and inclusively toward staff, customers, and fellow vendors.
• Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
• All goods must be legal to sell in the state of Utah and may not include animal parts from protected species.

7. Liability

• Vendors are responsible for their own goods and equipment.
• Crone’s Hollow is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
