Crone’s Hollow is pleased to offer our Class/Ritual Space as a service to the local community for holding private and public events. As part of your use of the Class/Ritual Space (Roy’s Room), you receive access to the following:

  • Exclusive use of Roy’s Room during the agreed upon time
  • Access to the adjoining restroom
  • Access to the preparation space (the Green Room)
  • Folding Tables
  • Chairs

Private Rental

Crone’s Hollow charges a nominal rental fee of $25 per hour for private events with no public attendance. This includes events such as weddings, parties, and gatherings. This fee must be paid prior to use of the room.

Classes & Rituals

For Classes and Rituals, Crone’s Hollow receives a portion of the per-ticket price:

  • 25% for Classes
  • 30% for Rituals

Crone’s Hollow will accept Cash only prepayment transactions for your event. We are unable to accept Credit/Debit Card prepayments. Please assign a member of your team to handle all payments received at the door.

Event Requirements

To be listed on the Crone’s Hollow website and other social media sites, your event must comply with the following standards:

  • Your event banner image for the website and Facebook must be either a jpg or png measuring 1920 X 1005 pixels. It must include the title of your event, the price, and the date, and it must be readable. For Instagram posts, your image must be 1920 X 1920 pixels (square), and must include the title of your event, the price and date, and it must be readable.
  • Your event description must include:
    • A short overview of the event (blurb) or explanation of what the event entails.
    • The date, time and price
    • Preferred payment method. For PayPal/Venmo payments, please include a link for attendees to visit for payment.
