Hi, I’m Will and I’m super excited to bring this new yoga class to Crone’s Hollow
If you’ve ever gone to a yoga class and wished there was more explanation about how to do things like actually, I don’t know, actually
get into the postures and breathe?
This is the class for you
Every week, we’re going to take 30 minutes and do some real breakdowns on individual poses, transitions, and breathwork techniques that will allow you to walk confidently into any yoga class and slay
Besides being your friendly neighborhood psychic, I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years and fitness & for martial arts for 25 years – and I’m genuinely (pun mildly intended) psyched to begin flowing with all of you
Sundays, starting March 5
Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes, and bring both a yoga mat and some water
$10 per class each week
