An interesting question. Most people we encounter believe that in order to become a witch they must be “born” with magical abilities. They also believe that if you don’t have innate powers you will never become a witch, no matter how hard you try. Neither of these is true. While some people have an ability for the supernatural or a predisposition toward energy work, most folk can learn the basics of magical paths with the right teacher and some hard work.
So, someone may be born with some internal witchiness but every witch must be made. The making is done with exploration, classes, experience in ritual and sometimes a coven to help keep you on the path.
