Grounding & Centering Soundbath

Join us for this special event where we will use vibrational therapy to help you ground and center! We will create sacred space for this soundbath and invite the healing spirits to bring their energy. Christa will lead us through a grounding and centering ritual and that will be followed by a soundbath featuring drums, gongs, guitar, bowls, chimes, and more.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie down on, feel free to bring a pillow and wear loose comfy clothing. We plan on you falling asleep during the soundbath, so wear your PJ’s if you like! This event would be appropriate for anyone 16 and up.
