We were rarely taught how to tend the dead with skill and care, and we often carry unprocessed grief, trauma, and family burdens because of it.

In this one-day intensive, you will learn the core principles and step-by-step framework of the method developed by Dr. Daniel Foor. You will be guided in how to approach ancestor connection safely and with integrity, and you will experience several guided meditative practices designed to help you begin the work in a direct, embodied way.
