Open Meditation is a monthly sanctuary where you are invited to pause, breathe, and gently tend to your healing journey. We begin with a 10-minute guided meditation—an exhale for the nervous system, a quiet return to yourself. From there, the space opens into 20 minutes of immersive meditation.
