Together we will explore the art of mundane ritual, the types of “food” creativity likes to be fed, and celebrate the unique perspectives and medicine each of us hold through expression prompts, meditation, low pressure group sharing, & self-guided art time. If you’ve been craving a creative outlet and your soul has been feeling heavy due to the state of the world, this is for you.

Please bring:
A journal + pen, yoga mat if you wish (for floor sitting), comfort items that call to be brought such as charms, fidgets, or soft things. And anything you’ve been wanting to make/do with your hands! (coloring book, crochet, art supplies, tarot cards.)
