Be Still: An Open and Free Meditation-2026-04-09
Open Meditation is a monthly sanctuary where you are invited to pause, breathe, and gently tend to your healing journey.
We begin with a 10-minute guided meditation—an exhale for the nervous system, a quiet return to yourself. From there, the space opens into 20 minutes of immersive meditation. You are free to move as your body whispers: flow through your yoga set, stretch like morning light, rest in stillness, or sink deeper into meditation. There is no right way—only your way.
The final portion of our gathering is a sacred unfolding. Journals open. Tea steams softly in warm cups. Conversations bloom—honest, healing, human. This is where connection deepens and stories are held with care.
You do not need to know how to meditate.
You do not need to “be good” at yoga.
You simply need to arrive.
Each of us stands at a different place on the path, yet when we gather, something beautiful happens—the energy of shared intention becomes a gentle current that carries us all.
This is a free and open gathering, offered with love to the community.
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, or anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable.
